As a trainee, you can book your Online course or your Face-to-face training on our website, choosing a Course that best suits you.
Each course will consist of practicing where the majority of your time, will be spent on practical lash training on your mannequin or your model. It's up to you.
You will receive a free Luxury take-home kit, complete with a mannequin head and everything you need to start your new career as a Lash Technician.
A bespoke training manual will be provided, emailed you to in advance and a printed version is available on the day. For maximum benefit, read over this several times, in your own time, at home.
Further research including online training, home practical training, and the Assessment & carrying out research will be fundamental to your success. This can all be carried out in your own time, at your own pace. Emma will provide useful links to online training resources.
The Online or Face to face The Beginner Classic Course.
The Assessment for the Beginner Classic Course will be a single case study. You must provide before and after pictures of a ' fresh set of Classic lashes ' on your model, plus before and after pictures of an ' infill of Classic lashes ', to gain your Accredited Diploma. Obviously, as you are just starting, your work won't be as good as it will be further down the line. Practice really does make Perfect!
The Advanced Russian Volume Online or Face to face Course.
The Assessment for the Advanced Volume Course will be 3 case studies. You must provide before and after pictures of a ' fresh set of Volume lashes ' on your model, plus before and after pictures of an ' infill of Volume lashes ' and the same for Hybrid lashes & Mega Volume lashes to gain your Accredited Diploma.
The Combined Beginner & Advanced Volume Course, Face to face.
This course is available as a 1-day or 2-day course. You can choose based on your budget. The Assessment for the Combined Course will be 4 case studies. You must provide before and after pictures of a ' fresh set of Classic lashes ' on your model, plus before and after pictures of an ' infill of Classic lashes ' and the same for Volume lashes, Hybrid lashes & Mega Volume lashes to gain your Accredited Diploma.
All training manuals and Assessment criteria have been successfully signed off & by the regulatory body BIA (Beauty Industry Approval LTD) the accreditation body.

For many, face-to-face training works best. It provides a hands-on approach, supports communication between trainer and trainee & helps build a rapport.
A better learning outcome is achieved as trainees can ask questions & if positive feedback is provided, the trainer will understand you are happy with what you have learned. The trainer will also pick up on body language. During and at the end of each training session, Emma will ask for feedback from each learner & personalise teaching techniques so that each trainee gets the most from their course.
There are fewer distractions in face-to-face training and the trainee can focus solely on what they are learning.
Face-to-face training can be more interactive, especially when trainers provide visual demonstrations, for example, ' how to create the perfect fan ' & ' how to create mega fans ' .
Emma's Lash Extension courses have a maximum of 2 attendees at a time, allowing Emma to spend more 1-to-1 time with each trainee, making sure each trainee is engaged & involved.

By Training Exclusively, with Lashes 888, we are confident in the Lash Training Courses we provide, the aftercare support you get & the business mentoring insights we provide in our training.
Doing 4 sets of lashes each week equates to £800 per month.
Doing 3 sets of lashes 5 days a week equates to £750 per week.
